Our black coloured chips provide you with an alternative to natural looking mulches. The UV resistant colour last for numerous seasons and only requires raking in the spring to freshen the colour. It is also safe around pets and children and is not harmful to plants and trees. The Designer Series mulch is 2 inches and smaller in piece size. A three inch depth is recommended and you will need to check that level a couple of years after application to maintain that 3 inch. Our Designer Series mulches offer good weed control and moisture retention. The colour lends itself to many house styles to offer you a different look than regular mulch.
